Alinear Ergonomics specializes in injury prevention and early intervention. We work with individuals, employers, and employees to enhance employee health, performance & productivity by providing ergonomic solutions and customized education. Our Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialists have a comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and therefore provide expert assessments, recommendations, and education to our clients.

Christa Meyer, owner of Alinear Ergonomics, received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist III after years of experience treating patients with work-related and orthopedic injuries. Christa is passionate about assisting clients in preventing injuries and working with employers on increasing safety in their workplace. Her experience spans from the office space to the industrial setting, and she prides herself on learning more each day and advancing her ergonomic skills.
Individual assessments provide one-on-one assessment and education for you or your employee. If you are experiencing discomfort at home or in your job, we can assess the environmental factors that can be improved to make you more comfortable and productive. If you have an employee experiencing discomfort, we can make recommendations and educate the employee in order to reverse the problem and prevent a claim. Group assessments come in a variety of options. We provide group classes designed to educate your employees on proper lifting and body mechanics, complete with handouts and an energetic and interactive discussion on specific issues in your area of work. We assess work departments and strategize with managers on solutions to reduce overall work injuries per your specific request. We train your managers in order to equip them to train their own employees in stretching and activity in the workplace.
